Privacy Notice
This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit setucoregulation.com and join the Setu early-access waitlist. It does not cover the Setu app itself, which will have its own privacy policy before launch.

What we collect and why

We do not ask for your name, your children’s details or any health information on this website. Please don’t send us those in emails either.
Who we share it with
We use service providers (“processors”) to store the waitlist and to send email. They act only on our instructions. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and secure the site.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until the app has launched and early access has been offered, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is sooner. Enquiry emails are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to our use of it, or to give you a copy of it. You can withdraw consent at any time, and it won’t affect anything done before. Email privacy@setucoregulation.com and we’ll respond within one month.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
